What Is Dentistry During Sleep?

According to the American Dental Association, millions of people have a fear of dentistry due to an actual bad experience in a dental office or a mere fear of the sight and sound of dentistry. These people end up avoiding routine and essential dental care. This results in poor dental health and unnecessary suffering from dental pain and infection.

Our office is specially equipped for both sedation and anesthesia. A variety of sedation techniques ranging from Inhalation Sedation, Oral Sedation to I.V. Sedation as well as General Anesthesia are available depending on your level of anxiety and the nature and amount of dental treatment that need to be done. Sedation and anesthesia may be used for any type of dental work from cleanings and fillings to crowns, root canals and extractions to ensure the patient is under complete comfort and in a relaxed state.

Sedation is a technique that put patients in a relaxed, tranquil state similar to that after a couple of drinks. Fears and stress are totally eliminated, protective reflexes are maintained and there is no recall of the procedures afterward. This means no more bad memories or bad experiences with dentistry.

Dentistry can usually be performed more efficiently while patients are relaxed and this means more treatments can be done in fewer appointments. This is particularly useful for busy individuals who cannot afford multiple time-offs from work. It is also an ideal opportunity for the nervous and phobic patients to enjoy stress free dentistry.

Dentistry During Sleep opens a new door to dentistry for nervous, phobic and busy patients to enjoy fear and stress free dentistry in a safe and comfortable setting. Come and join the family of Dentistry During Sleep and wake up to a new smile.
